Legal basis & purpose
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, for the sole purpose of responding to your professional inquiry. This data is never sold, shared, or used for unsolicited commercial prospecting.
Technical processor
The contact form is processed via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which also hosts this site. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a data protection safeguard.
Retention period
Messages received through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted within 24 months at most if there is no further exchange.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (for residents of the EU/EEA) and equivalent principles applicable in Monaco (overseen by the Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives, CCIN), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data.
If you reside in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (the CNIL in France).
