SAGAX (latin) — keen of scent, sharp of mind.
A boutique advisory house connecting people, structuring projects and unlocking complex operations across motorsport, premium events and audiovisual production — from Monaco to Tokyo.
We work where sport meets business — where a paddock pass opens a boardroom and a single phone call moves a project from blocked to live.
SAGAX is built on twelve years of motorsport, from karting to Formula 1 — including driver scouting for a racing academy, work across Le Mans, the NASCAR Euro Series, Formula E, the Monaco Historic Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Fuji.
During Expo 2020 Dubai, our founder operated under the Principality of Monaco and the patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II.
On the audiovisual side, we have produced music videos, short films and music projects — including securing rare authorisations to film inside the Monaco F1 pit lane and licensed access to its archives.
We also managed the real-life driver behind the Gran Turismo film, advised him on his contract, and collaborated with Sony & Polyphony Digital on the marketing campaign.
We move fast, work discreetly, and only commit when we know we can deliver. That's the standard.
Strategic and operational support for teams, drivers, sponsors and investors entering or scaling within motorsport and the broader sport industry.
Concept-driven event design, with hands-on assistance to make sure execution lives up to the creative ambition — around major sporting moments and beyond.
On-the-ground production support for film, broadcast and branded content — plus music: studio sourcing, sound engineering, and conversations with the right promoters.
A trusted network across sport, business, finance and culture — opened deliberately, never sold by the contact.
Every brief looks the same on paper. The real objective — the one that actually pays out — is usually three questions deeper. We find it before we move.
Most of what we do shouldn't be on a slide. Discretion is part of the deliverable. Our clients trust us with what they wouldn't put in writing.
No retainer theatre. We're there when needed, gone when not. Results, not face-time.
Every market has its own grammar. We've worked in these — long enough to know who to call, when, and how to ask.
A young karting driver was already managed by a former F1 driver — well-connected on paper, big promises, no traction.
We took over the strategic angle. Mapped the right academy, opened the right door, and led the conversation through to a visit to the team's factory with the team principal and sporting director.
Six months in: pre-contract signed to join the academy — without any pay-to-drive obligation.
The brief: design and run a sim racing stand to introduce Monaco to foreign delegations visiting the Pavilion.
We sourced all hardware locally, designed the in-game liveries and the print collateral, and ran the experience on the floor — including personally coaching the No. 3 of a G8 government.
An artist needed to record a debut single and didn't know where to start.
We sourced both the studio and a sound engineer with multiple gold and platinum records to his name — pairing first-take ambition with the kind of ear that doesn't waste sessions.
A short film required something most productions never get: full clearance to shoot inside the Monaco Grand Prix pit lane, with all the institutional weight that implies.
We led the end-to-end fixing — securing the authorisations, coordinating with local media, organising the extras casting, and sourcing every piece of equipment and props required.
Including a genuine Formula 1 car on the set.
